I have an '08 Jayco G2 23FB. Occasionally, it appears the grey water valve vibrates open going down the road. When I remove cap, small amount, 2 cups, of grey water comes out. Any suggestions?

Just to keep from having the mess I would take a 1/2 hour and replace the entire valve. JMHO!

You could try tape or something to hold the valve handle shut, but as long as the cover plate is on, and not coming off, I don't think I'd worry to much about it.
Maybe a small bungee cord to tie it down??

is it that loose when you pull it? if not it is just one of the rubber seals in there with a nick on it allowing a small amt of fluid to pass. no biggie as long as ya have her cap on like yer sposed to.

I'd really bet that your seals are leaking unless you physically can see that the handle is actually backing out. Its hard to believe that the valve could be that easy to move.

Hi,
There are 4 bolts that clamp the valve into place. Are they loose?
Can you loosen the bolts, then rotate the valve enough so the valve opens to the side, not downward? That would make it less likely to open itself.
Good Luck!

Handle is 1-2 inches out. Varies. Only does it sometimes. In the mean time, I've learned to put a bucket under cap before removing.
