For those of you that already have one of these coaches, have you had any difficulty getting service since the bankruptcy filing?

There is NO problem getting Service since you must pay for that service. The main problem is getting parts. Parts that are exclusively used by Monaco and not available to the general public/RV repair shops and you have to go thru Monaco to get them. Takes time if Monaco does not have the parts in stock and Monaco must order them. Doug

No problems, as the dealer knows he is going to get his money because you are paying, not the manufacturer. I try not to use a dealer for any problem I can't fix, as a mobile RV service tech is usually many times better at repairs than a dealer.

I have been trying to reach the parts department for 2 months now by phone and email and have had no luck. I stay on hold for at least 30 minutes on the phone before I hang up and all my emails go unanswered. I would not think this is the way a company would treat its customers that is trying to come back from being out of business. I know that they have lost me as a repeat customer...

Sometime back I posted a phone number and POC for parts. You may want to do a search for the number. Look under tandkj.
Went back and searched for:

I had enough problems with service BEFORE they went bankrupt. The best bet is to find a good repair shop and go in with a suitcase full of money. Thankfully, my coach has most of the bugs worked out and I am capable of handling many repairs. I also have an extended warranty that is very frustrating, but does help with any big item. I have had three Monaco Diesel Pushers and my experiences with the factory service center in Elkhart (pre bankruptcy) convinced me number four will not be Monaco. Coaches look great, and are generally well put together, but I cannot support a company that took so little interest in a million dollar customer. Monaco's loss will be Tiffin's or Newmar's gain.

I am new to owning a Monaco, I bought mine used after they came out of bankruptcy. I found they responded quickly to email and phone inquiries, but consistent with the descriptions of their pre-bankruptcy behavior I have read on this forum, most of the information they provided was wrong!
I agree with the "suitcase full of money" approach described above, but based on postings I have read on this forum and experience of friends, that seems to be the expected approach regardless of who made your coach.

For Monaco, try (800) 634-0855 and ask for parts. This is straight from the contact numbers on their web page. I called two weeks, asked for parts, got through right away. I needed both sides of the latching mechanism for the mirrored sliding doors in the bedroom. An overzealous 4th or 5th nephew (probably not even related at that point) opened both doors without unlatching them while I was busy up front. The plastic broke.
I've already received the parts. This is the second time in the last two months that I called them. I ordered the roller guides for the shower door and received them as well.
Good luck. Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Now, if anybody knows where the radio fuses are, I could use some help there! Changed the radio, blew a fuse and cannot find it!
