Just curious if anyone has made their own motorhome from a UPS, FedEx, or bread truck.

There is one here in town. Oddly enough, it is parked at a house right across the street from Walmart! I don't know if that is significant or not.
From the outside, it is a rather nice looking rig. I don't know what the inside looks like.

There is a real neat well done "Class eh!" motor home some where in Canada. It is a Kenworth (KW) Tractor with one drive/dually axel removed and a fiberglass TT mounted on top of the KW extended WB chassis. Needless to say the fiberglass moulding from the TT to the KW cab is seamless. Very nice looking rig. You would recognize it as it has "Class eh!" stenciled on the back end.

There is one in SE Indiana. They took a new Chev Kodiak (I think that was the type of truck) and set a GMC Elganza on the back of it. They added sides to cover the lower portion. You look at it and think boy that looks familar, and then it dawns on you. I talked to a friend of mine who knows the owner and confirmed the conversion. Pretty sharp outfit.

We need to find a place to gather up pictures of these creative units, not looking for the Beverly Hillbilly's truck but real class units.

Ex FIL made at least 3 out of old mail trucks. And he had a neighbor that had the "keep up with the Jones" problem. So when Art made a new van Louie had to make a new one as well.
My favorite was his toy hauler that you could put 4 snow mobiles in and the racks converted to bunks when the snow machines where out. One had a salvaged cassette toilet and shower from an old pop up camper.

I have this '63 Grumman. Cant say I did the work, but I am changing a few things to leave my mark. Took it on a 1400 mile round trip a few months ago.

Boy does that bring back memories. Backin '63 I built a MH out of a '57 steel bodied step van. 10' interior length. Bathroom, dinette, stove, Servel gas frig and closet. Slept 2.
Pontiac V8 with hydramatic tranny, a really good running highway vehicle. Didn't stop too good
Pulled a 16' fiberglass boat.
Sold it to the narcotics squad who repainted it to look like a hippy van for undercover work.
Ran across it once and told the crew inside that I previously owned/built it. They showed me around the inside. completely gutted except for bathroom and lots of electronic stuff.
