That is the way it is with us. We have been "homeless" for over 7 years.

Yep! Who in their right mind would want all the square footage, work and single location of a house? (with all due respect to Dianne)

That's the beauty and freedom of it! House-less, but not homeless. Your home goes with you wherever you go!

We aren't quite full-timers but have several friends who are. Yes, they have no house and their RV is their home. However, seems to me that most eventually put down some roots, such as buying an RV lot somewhere or in some manner spend fairly long periods in one place and very few endlessly roam the country doing only short term stays.

I think that's generally the given definition, although Karen and I spent from April of 2008 to May of 2009 "fulltime" on the road in our rig. While we never sold our house, we and are back in it now, we sure spent some great! fulltime for a year....

With regard to my own state of mind, I do not recall making any claims. However, for about 2-1/2 years I believe I met the most popular definition of a fulltimer. Now, I'm back to being just an ole RVer. I prefer lots of "stuff" in the house, and in the garage. And now, I can say it,.."..It keeps me from going insane.."..

This question has been posted several times. Some replies stated that as long as one lives in their RV(?) every day, then you are Full-timing. Even if you live in a trailer park in a 10 foot long, 1963 trailer with an AC unit sitting in a hole cut in the side held up with 2x4's and NO WHEELS and are considered Trailer Park Trash.
A new question has been posted inquiring as to What is the Definition of a Recreation Vehicle.
I've requested that replies be posted either here or on the original post. Hope you do not mind.

Agree with OPs definition except we have found many many places "to go back to" to revisit.

If you have ever taken a shower in your rv and wondered what it might be like to shower at the rest rooms, you might be a full timer.
