The "Travel Supreme" and in the last few years, the "TS Select" were their top of the line. Some 10 yrs ago or so, TS started making the Express which was more of a mid line model and then in the last few years they added their version of entry level = the River Canyon. I believe I have that right. From what I could see at the factory, they did take great care with the build of all their models.

Think Avan has it right, I'm not familiar with the "Express" but I bought a new 2007 TS River Canyon last spring. It is Travel Supreme's bottom of the line, not to say it is a "cheap" unit, on the contrary....Travel Supreme made nothing but high end units. We're very pleased with ours, no problems, snowbird in it, pulled it back to North Dakota last spring and back down here (Alamogordo, NM) this fall.
Watch the weight, the River Canyon gross's out at 14,500lbs, Express might be heavier, pushing the limit on a 3/4 ton tv.
Keep in mind TS went out of business.

You are correct. Travel Supreme changed the express to "Classic" around 2005 and went to 4 levels
River Canyon - I Beam construction - Entry Level
Classic - I Beam constrcution, Better finish
Supreme - Box frame construction, real wood cabinets
Select - Box frame, real wood, granite countertops, full-color paint.
There were obviously many other features added to each one. You could also order the classic and River Canyon with the box frame and it was included in the 43' versions of the two.

I think you need to see the individual Expresses and Classics to know about their interior finish/quality. My Express (2003) is all solid wood, no woodwrap anywhere, and the counters are basically the same as earlier year Travel Supreme top line. I looked at later model Classics. The first ones I looked at were definitely a step down in interior finish from my Express. Then, and it may have been the same model year, Classics were if anything a step up inside from my Express. TS was clearly moving about in the pricing niches--all this before the River Canyon.
