One of my co-workers just started rving a few years ago. He recently took an early retirement, but they don't full time yet. He gave me an idea (sad to say I didn't come up with this myself) about full timing someday. He and his wife want to go to every state in our great country that borders an ocean and walk on the beach! Now that sounds like retirement!!!

I'm planning on having that done before I retire.

You almost have to be retired to have the time to actually experience all of the sights in each state. We find that every state has a plethora of interesting things to do. Staying a few days in a state never is enough.

Our problem is our list keeps getting longer and longer. We're not reducing it - we're adding to it. At this rate we can't ever die because we still have more things to do and see!

How about visiting every state without using the interstate system. Wife doesn't agree.

Our plan is similar...we are planning to go from east coast to west coast beginning in May and NOT go on one interstate. We have wanted to do this for a few years.
