I searched and couldn't find anything. Has anyone else had problems??? I thought it had been cleared up. How old is your model. The letter and first two digits of the serial number will tell you the month and year of manufacture. The Onan mechanic said the valves, spring and guides are sensitive to heat. Mine had a little grass and dirt on the back side which blocked air flow around the motor. One real good thing about Onan, they come with a warranty. Onan makes good on it if its their problem. Usually no fuss and no bother, unless you tried to repair it yourself and then show up bad mouthing them. True measure of a company is how they take care of problems. Using that as a yardstick to measure, Onan is a really good company with an excellent product. Lots of genset makers out there fall far short of the gold standard which is Onan.
