Is that dog an Australian Cattle Dog (this was the movie about finding gas/fuel)?

Sorry guys and gals, I should have googled this question before posting it.

He's a Blue Heeler...or more commonly known as an Australian Cattle Dog.

Pops

I always like the scene were the dog had a bone in his mouth, that was connected to the shot gun’s trigger by a wire. While pointing at the guy with the ultra-light helicopter.

Here's the scene if interested;

Dangerous Dog...LOL

Yeah - those ACDs/heelers pop up every now and then....LOL!!! Smart dogs with some very unique personalities (I'm trying to be diplomatic here - they are NOT a dog just anyone can own)

Mine is the red version - freaks people out because he definitely has that "Dingo" look (someone asked us last week if he was a coyote!)

I have what is known as a Texas Heeler ( half Australian Shepard and half Australian cattle dog ) ours is half Red Heeler. Smartest dog I have ever had but her personality is definitly different. Extremely lovable to the family, strangers beware. She's a good dog but if you do something she don't want you to she'll grab your hand, no pressure just to say don't do that. If she hurts you playing she gets very lovable, but she plays very rough, we have a pair of heavy gloves for that. Only kind of dog I would ever want again.

Uh, yeah!!!!!! Our 50 lb Cattle Dog is not allowed to go to dog parks, because he's just too darn rough - even with big breeds. I finally used a shock collar to stop one of his "playful" moves - he could flip our 75 lb Aussie onto his back while running at full speed..... YIKES!!

No wonder they call them "Cattle" dogs - anything smaller than a cow isn't going to survive the onslaught.....LOL!!!

I have to tell you guys about my first Cattle Dog experience: I was at a horse show, and a lady was trying to get her cranky horse loaded in the trailer. She was trying to sweet-talk the horse in, to no avail. The horse knew it was stronger than she (or anyone else was) and was having no part of loading. The lady was almost in tears.....

Until Matt walked by. Matt was a real, honest-to-goodness cowboy - had that slow, soft Texas way of talking.... and he had a Cattle Dog named (what else?) "Blue" always at his heels. Matt watched the woman try to load the horse - then softly said "Ma'am, you step back, and I'll put the horse in the trailer" and the poor woman handed Matt the lead. He tossed it over the horse's back, and said "Blue - load 'im"

That horse never knew what hit him - the explosion at his back feet literally made him LEAP into the trailer with his eyes bugged out!!!!! And the moment he was in the trailer, Blue simply walked back to Matt and sat down. I've never laughed so hard in my life - wonder if that horse ever balked at loading again???

I have a feeling, he's going to be more than they can handle. But, they're not going to hear a word from me. HEHE....How was the kids halloween? Im lucky, we live in a rural area. We haven't had a trick or treater in the 11 years here. Good thing, all that door bell ringing and dog barking, uuughhh! When my son was young, we had to take him to his friends, every year, so he could trick or treat.
