I see that camping World is offering the King dome sat+off air antenna system in their recent flier. Does anyone have one? What does it take to get DirectvHD? Does it work or is it a waste of money?
Hate spending that sort of money, but after wasting two hours trying to get a signal the other day, I am starting to think it might be worth the money.

I have had my Kingdome for almost 2 years....so it is not the latest model....but it works well and takes 5 to 10 minuets to lock on.

Last time I was at the King Controls web site. They had no mention of the new KD you are talking about.

None of the domes will receive DirecTV HD. You will need to go with something like the Winegard SK-3005
