Just got done installing new Dexter self adjusting brakes. Complete setup per wheel was $62.75.

The old ones are not used up by any means. I just got sick of adjusting brakes. So if anybody needs a set of Alco 12"X 2" brakes they are free for the taking.

Send me a PM if interested.

Any problems putting Dexter Brake and backing plate on Alco axle? Seems like a good swap?

Alco used to make railroad locomotives.

AL-KO makes trailer axles.

$62 looks like half the list price, where did you purchase them?
