I love this , what is this ...I think it a toliet flush opener so you can hook a water hose to flush from inside??????

Look like the top of a 1 gallon paint can. You take the metal lid on and snap this one on. Then you can pour the paint without it dripping on the sides. I dun-oh though, just guessing. I have a paint lid that look very similar to this, only is made of tin and the spout has a rubber cap, and no slot down the middle. If I come up with another idea, I'll post again!

That is the cover to the wrap drive governor phase loop lock sequencing drive. You shouldn't be going over light speed without it.

OR

Looks like end bell to a vacuum cleaner or there about. Bill
