I discovered we have one yesterday while changing sheets on our bed. I think it's around the exhaust fan over the bed. We've had mucho rain in TX over the last month, but now have a reprieve this week. Hoping DH can get it looked at soon!
My question is...we have the TPO roof and I read previously on these forums that one bad thing about these is that the backing wicks moisture, so what do we do? Depending on weather, as in no rain forcast, do we wait a few days and hopefully it will dry out some, or should we go ahead and seal it now???

I guess I would ask, do you know exactly where the leak is, and exactly where it's coming out. How far are they away, and can you determine just how much moisture is inside. Often, once the moisture has gotten in, it has to come out by gravity. With those thoughts, I would seal it now.

DH hasn't looked at the caulking around the vent fan yet, but on the inside that looks like where it may be getting in and running down a seam in the ceiling over the bed. The fan is also over the bed. He's got another home project he's also working on right now while we have good weather, so I'm hoping that these warm, non rainy days we're having will help dry it out also, until he can get to it.
We've got to get a storage cover built for it!!!
