Thanks for all the replies. As shown in the picture there is only one valve. There is a backflow preventer that goes on the hot side.

Dan,

You are correct. I also have the Fuzion 302. Only one valve. You have the correct one. Just close that valve and your good to go.
I added a by pass at the water pump like you have pictured, and draw my antifreeze directly from the bottle.
