Well, for me Saturday was a perfect day! It was perfect because the Navy midshipmen torpedoed and sunk the "Fighting Irish!" It was perfect because The Ohio State "Buckeyes" smacked down the Penn State "Paperlions, "Kittens", or "*****cats!". It also pleased me that Cincinnati, PITT, and WVU all won. Now I have to ask you guys and gals, is there a better backup/2nd. string college QB than Cincinnati's Zach Collaros? Yesterday he passed for 480 yards, ran for 75 yards for a total of 455 yds. total offense. My homie (Zach) from Steubenville, Ohio was a combined 30-0 his Jr. & Sr. years and led the Steub. "Big Red" to back to back state championships. What is scary, is that Zach is only a sophomore at Cincinnati. I hope the "Buckeyes" beat Iowa at the Horseshoe next Sat. and throttles mighty Michigan on Nov. 21st. in the "Big House!" Bagman.

My beloved Hawkeyes not only lost to Northwestern, but lost QB Ricky Stanzi for the rest of the regular season. Was not a good day to be a Hawkeye, but hopefully they will bounce back to win the Big Ten outright.

Iowa and Mich are finished. Ohio State will win out. Yes, Cincy has a fine team and are having a wonderful season. Still a little football to be played, but it looks like Texas vs SEC for the big title. ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!

Yep, congrats to the Middies or anyone else who beats the Holy Team. I watched bits of the Iowa game and also Hogs and South Carolina. Naturally the biggie at our house was LSU and Bama. That was one of the roughest games I've ever seen, just look at how many people were injured on either side. A classic SEC intense rivalry. Pretty evenly matched and when either team make a serious mistake the other would score. Bama looked to be stronger and in better shape. Tigers had a bit more speed. Refs blew a couple of calls on each side of the ball. Very even till late 3rd quarter when Les Miles forgot what he was there for and was totally outcoached late in the game.
The SEC Championship game should be another very rough, physical gamme. We've played them both and right now, sorry Katuna but Bama looks to be a tad tougher than the Gators.
In the meantime the Tigers still have to play Ole Miss and the Hogs and if we win out might get to go to the Weedeater Bowl. So now come on Baseball at the Box and see if we can get to Omaha again.

Saturday was absolutely terrible for Okla fans, the offense was pathetic. Defense did a great job stopping Nebraska but not enough to win the game. I'll be glad when this bad dream is over. GO TULSA......!

Now Bags, you needn't be so harsh on my LIONS. (Nittany) of course. Yeah your Bucks should have an easy ride the rest of the way. For me it's wait and see what team is going to show up next week. As I've mentioned before there like Doctor Jeckel, Mr. Hide.
Personally I enjoyed the Georgia Tech / Wake Forest game. Two weeks in a row that Wake almost beat a top 25 team.
Michigan, what a joke.
Good for Navy.
Bama / LSU was a pretty good scrap.
Cincy? Yeah they're a really good team. That QB was on his game.
