The dealer we got our trailer from couldn't find the keys for it so they took the locks off a brand new trailer on the lot, problem is the 2 doors have different keys, is this normal?
The lot said it was but I don't really believe them, kinda like a different key for every dooor of tyour house isn't it?
Can I take the lock off 1 door and have it re-keyed?

The keys look like the 2 way kind, you know, doesn't matter which way they go into the lock but it definitely does, kinda frustrating...

I would imagine that like any lock mechanism, a good TRUSTED locksmith could rekey one of the doorlocks to match the other. A quick 2 minute phone call will reveal the answer.

3 doors, 3 keys. Confusing but you get used to it.

2 doors 2 different keys. When I made copied I had the lock guy put an "F" and "R" on them to tell the difference between front and rear. We only use the copies and keep a copy of the orginal in the TV and one at our stick home.

Two doors and two keys, but the two keys are for the deadbolt and door lock which are the same for the front or rear door.
