I never have. In fact, I always forget its there to begin with. On our last trip, my wife noticed a draft coming up from the pass-thru in the front of the TT and sure enough, you can peek right through to the compartment.
Since I never use it, I was thinking of just sealing it off with insulation. That is, insulating the pass thru.
Any ideas?

Keep extra blankets and such for guests under there. Not much else as the slide mechanism only allows about 6 or 8 inches of space, as I recall.

We use the under bed storage for items that are bulky and not used often. Some are designed as a means of accessing pass through storage but ours is completely sealed. If you're getting a draft through the bed it would certainly be good to seal it up if you use the RV during cold weather.

In our 5ver I used the space for extra bedding. then one day I decided that I was not going to carry extra bedding any more - if we have guests, I will either know far enough in advance to take some or they can bring their own. Frees up a lot of space!! In the MH, the space is largely taken up with the slide mechanism so I don't use it for storage at all.

Keep a folding table there, extra blankets/sheets, surplus ammo, DW keeps her work literature there and we store the paper shredder and a printer under there. Pretty handy space.

We use it a lot when taking long term trips. For instance, we're in Mexico for 4 months and use the space for extra storage for t.p., box fan, printer for our computer, etc. I think you'll need the space if you find yourself in a long term trip.

We carry deflated tubes for river/lake trips and boogey boards for ocean ones. Since we don't have a lift system it's pretty hard to get into it too often.
