lookin for web site that sell these pancake tanks, really having no luck other there about 2 x's the price as the 20 lb. want to use it for winter time on the ice for a heater and cooking grill.

I bought mine at a Cenex Farm Store. I have seen them at Sam's Club and Costco, as well as Home Depot and Lowes.
Sometimes they are in stock, sometimes not.
Good luck in your search.

I bought these from a local propane distributor. Expect them to be at least as much as a 20# cylinder if not more due to lower demand.

I wouldn't buy propane tanks online unless you have no other choice. They are heavy and bulky to ship.

The only reason I bought 11# instead of 20# cylinders is they are for a Scout troop and needed them lighter for the boys to carry. I also wanted the pancake shape so they won't tip.

No problem around here, I get charged for exactly the gallons put in the bottle according to the meter.
No flat fee, no chicanery of any kind, just pay for the gallon(s) dispensed!
