Blue Ox has great customer service

Just a few words of appreciation to the people at Blue Ox. We had our towbar serviced at the Florida RV supershow this week. After several years and a lot of hard miles on rough roads it was a little loose.

For the flat rate of $35 they replaced all the plastic bushings, some bolts, and the rubber boots. So often people on the interwebz only post about negative things, I like to give recognition of good service when the opportunity presents.

I've owned mine only two years but I stopped at their shop in Pender NB last summer for a 'tuneup' with new bushings etc. And when the midwest storm went through hampering FedEx delivery I was expecting while there, I ended up staying 3 night in there exceptional nice free campground.
