Glad to have you among the Cast Iron Chefs. Double ditto on the Lone Star Dutch Oven pages. There's a lot you can do with those griddles from eggs to hash browns to steak. If you've ever been to a Waffle House you can see how versatile they are.

Those Camp Chefs are nice. We've tried a lot of rigs but like the Camp Chef stoves best for those long term trips and for at home.

Check out the Lone Star Dutch Oven Society LSDOS webpage.
Lot of information for cooking and preserving your cast iron
also see if there is a LSDOS chapter meeting near you some saturday in the near future.
