Bad Ramp Door

New to this Forum. I have a 2008 KZ Inferno TH that seems to have a bad ramp door. I loaded the SXS to wrap up the end of the year of camping last fall and I now have cracks immediately above the hinges. I have looked/searched this site as well as Googling and have not seen any details about the mfg's door's stucture or repairability. Has anyone have any details that might help my repair/rebuild? I am pulling it into the shop in the morning to start repair/rebuild and would like to hear from anyone with some info. Thanks

Get ahold of Challenger Door Co, they can provide you with a new 3000lb rated door for $1200-$1500 del according to what they told me. For that price they aren't worth the trouble to rebuild in my opinion.
