Green light comes on, fuse isn't blown, but the pump doesn't work.
No noise, nothing.

Ideas appreciated.

most, if not all, have a switch inside plus a windup timer or switch out at the fuel station.

1) Go directly to pump. Check Directly AT pump, not at switch or fuse or any other place, with a volt meter check for 12v at pump. If no 12v at pump, disconnect trailer wires and use jumper wires to supply 12v directly to pump.

2)If 12v is present directly at pump, and pump runs, check wiring/switch/fuse/fuse holder/timer/etc.

3)If 12v is present directly at pump, and pump does not run, carefully disconnect and take out pump.

4)Remove pump cover plate to expose gears. Take out gears and then apply 12volts to pump. If pump motor runs, its the gears. If pump does not run, its the pump motor.

5) Repair and or replace as needed...

Its the trailer's GPI gas pump. I don't think its the gears. Supposed to be the non-swelling upgrade. If the gears were jammed, seems like the fuse would blow.

Pump doesn't run but op light comes on and the gauge works.

Fuel pump for . . . ?

I'm guessing your gears have swollen and need to be sanded down (but it could be a different pump).
