The $70 plus per night for this RV park is more than triple what they should charge. The facility should be shut down during the current extensive construction process. Succinctly, it is a construction zone. They will not tell you this when you make reservations. Sadly, they are not moving fast with the construction. There are exposed pipes, open ditches, electrical boxes knocked over, etc. The gravel roads are more dust or mud than gravel with construction debris adjacent to the road. Dirt or mud is a problem everywhere due to the construction. Given the level of construction, my guess is that they are two years from completion.

The majority of the sites are extremely thin, (thinner than most of the older KOAโ€™s) to the point that when you step out of your rig, you may trip over your neighborsโ€™ sewer pipe or the water supply. Most sites share the water supply. You may not be able to fully extend an awning. Depending on the width of your neighbors slide out, they may not be able to fully extend it. The electrical is such that you share an electrical pole. The first one there gets the 50-amp as there is only one 50-amp plug for the pole. The back row of sites backs up to a neighborhood that appears a bit sketchy given the trash & junk cars in the yards. The only guaranteed satellite friendly site is 104. Big rigs will have very tight turns in this park. Wi-Fi is weak.

The only saving grace to this park is the work-camper couples that do their very best to work around all of the ongoing issues.

We WILL NOT return to this park. There are others in Jackson Hole that are much nicer though more expensive. This park is 30 to 45 minutes from Jackson Hole.

If they don't hustle, things could get really down and dirty, if not done for August 17-24 for the big eclipse that people are willing to spend big bucks to watch!
