Hunting Island / Edisto Beach State Park

Does anyone have any updates on these two state parks? Just wondering about the rebuilding progress and when they may open back up for business.

Per their website Edisto off Beach Campground is open. Beach side not to open until perhaps September.

Hunting island website still shows December for oceanside.

Basically gave me the choice to cancel now for full refund or leave as is and get full refund if they are not ready. Original plan was to open May 21st.

I have reservations for May 23 at Hunting island, but just got the following email yesterday: "Construction crews are working diligently to get Hunting Island State Park open for our guests. However, we are concerned that the park may not be ready in time for your reservation. We want to give you as much notice as possible and provide some options for you to consider..."
