Slider Problem

Phanes

We just got our camper and we noticed when the back sliders go out they start sliding out from the bottom but the top sticks. Then after the bottom goes out far enough the top kind of jumps out but the slider is crooked. I have to go inside and push on the top and it straightens up.

Is this just a new slider thing that will work out with time or a more serious problem?

Should I lube the top up with some grease or something?

Thanks

We have a Forest River Sierra Bunk House.

No that is not Normal

Bottom does start going out first and then top should follow------smoothly

BUT top should not be sticking/binding
Slides need to be adjusted (probably down a bit)

New trailer.......??
Dealer for warranty work OR possibly an authorized mobile repair (if FR OKs) You pay for serve call/FR pays for work performed

Only thing that should be used is talcum powder on seals (in a sock then rub them down) OR a 303 protectant

Hydraulic ??
rack should be wire brushed to clean----manuals do not call for lube
I use a dry graphite spray on lube (goes on wet/immediately dries---doesn't attract dirt/grim) Use it on stabilizers also
Is it time for your medication or mine?
