Update: went to the storage building. First thing was to test voltage with a voltmeter (negative terminal on battery is always disconnected in storage)...starting voltage was 12.56 volts...connected battery and went in to check out converter...had 3 ...
Oops, thought of another question: if when I take the battery into a battery shop and they test it and if they say it’s “good”, then presumably the problem would be a failing converter?
