Considering moving from a 5th wheel to a class C motorhome, and came across a 2008 Forest River Lexington 283TS with 23K miles. Does anyone out there have an opinion on the quality of this make and model? Any other considerations? Thanks in advance.
Heading to Orlando area for 4-5 days in October and I am looking for a nice Passport America park. I was considering Lost Lake RV Resort in Apopka, but read not so great reviews. Does anyone have a suggestion??Thanks.
Also have stayed at Pont. Landing, enjoyed it very much. They had a shuttle bus to/from the French Quarter (no driving) and took Passport America to make it affordable.
Was seriously considering a Redhawk 26X1 (on the Chev 4500 chassis), but when discovered Redhawks come with rubber roofs this was a "deal breaker" for me. Now looking at a Winnebego Aspect 27K.
Took a look at the Motorhome magazine dingy guide for 2017, and no mention of RAV 4's in it. Anyone know if they are flat towable? Also, is the motorhome magazine guide a complete list (if not, how get a complete list)??Thanks in advance for informat...
It makes sense that the NADA values would be based on industry depreciation schedules, not actual sales. So...does anyone know how/where one could get info on actual sales?Thanks all for the responses to my last post. I'm still digging as well!
Anyone have a view on whether the NADA price guide is anywhere close to the actual value/purchase prices paid for used motorhomes? They seem somewhat high to me, but just starting to look at moving from our current 5th Wheel to a 26-28 foot Class C.
