While not between Sioux Falls, SD and Omaha, NE. The new Lake Manawa State Park CG, at Council Bluffs Ia. Has full hookups and is an easy on-off of I-29. Very clean and quiet.
Last fall, I left Tablerock SP (Branson) and went south on 65 to 412. Took 412 across to I-49, then south. 412 was, IMO, a good way to go. Some 4 lane but mostly 2 lane. I'd go that way again.
No Ac here. but I do run a dehumidifier. I set it on the counter & it drains into the sink. Into the tank, then, with the gray valve open w/hose. It drains the to the grass.Before I started doing that. Mold would start the grow quick.
