Same here, I bought one from Camera Source for my 2020 F-350. Very easy to install, just unplug yours and plug theirs in. Worked fine in the in-dash screen, no second screen to fuss with.
I got mine from Camera Source as well for my 2020 F-350. Super easy. Disconnect OEM to take off tailgate and plug in the new one. Quick mount to the license plate. I like the fact it uses the same in-dash screen, no second screen.

That is what I found out when I went to my local dealer and they had a E/W bed. It was so much easier to make a half row and feet down vs scooting down with your head low to get to the bottom of the bed.
