Give good thought and consideration about the extra add-ons they're going to try to sell you.. paint warranties and discount cards and stuff... in the end a lot of money-wasters, just extra income for the dealer. Find a unit that meets your criteria....
Do you just run the pump dry for a few mins or do you have to put some water into the fresh tank first? I'm having the exact same issue that OP is having, city connection adds a couple gallons to fresh water tank after about 12 hours.
