RE: Reversible Vent Fan

99.9% of the time our FF are on 'out' (exhaust). Creates a great breeze through the rig. Only time we found 'in' to be useful was at home, when we repaired and painted the entry stairwell box.

Samsung RF18HFENBSR does not require PSW. We really like ours.

RE: All my batteries are dead

Now add to that that there may be parasitical draws that bypass the disconnect and after the battery disconnect is on for a length of time, your battery is drained. You have indicated that the battery disconnect may have been on for a while. Batteries may be permanently dead. While on inverter, they may appear good as you are reading the charging voltage. I would check my batts by turning off everything, including the charger and turn on the disconnect, for a couple hours. Then test the batts before turning on anything. Do not turn off the disconnect. You are trying to see how well the batts hold a charge.

RE: Program requiring activation on a new computer

There are a number of pay products that find product keys. Google 'product key finder windows 10' or just 'product key finder'.

RE: Replace RV Refrigerator with Residental Model

RF18HFENBSR 33"-Wide, 18 cu. ft. Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator from Lowes - $1466 back in 2015. Installed ourselves with help from friends. Had to take new refrigerator apart to get through front door. Removed passenger seat to give us more room to get the fridge inside. x2 We found it on sale at Lowes and got Vet discount on top of that. Love it.

RE: How much is too much? Electrical question.

... and whether 6 or 12v batteries. With a single 12v/225-235AH or 2-6v/225-235AH, you can last 1 night running the furnace. You might get a little more out of it but you will still need to run the engine or gennie to recharge your batts. Furnace fan chews up quite a bit of energy.

RE: TV HOOK UP

bgant4, Did you get the answer you needed? If not you will want to provide some info. Year, make and model number of your TV, HT and computer. What you have will determine what you can do or need.

RE: RV Toilet

It really does sound like ($100k) 'pyramid' issue. Water, water, water. You may be at a point where you will have a lot of cleaning to do to get rid of the pyramid. Maybe an almost full tank of water and some enzymes or ridx for a couple days to help break it down. Rinse and repeat as necessary.

RE: Extension cords

If you are not extending the plug, It's expensive but you could get 50amp extension cords and a 30 amp adapter at the plug.

RE: Do You Need The Outdoor Package ?

Finally able to get a person at Dish and there is no charge for the outdoor package. However, there is a $7.00 per month charge for the Wally. I am confused. You pay for your Wally receiver in the house. When you take it out of the house and put it in your RV, you have to pay an additional $7. Why? It is the same 'authorized' receiver. Maybe e they misunderstood you and thought you were adding a receiver. DFord got it right. I was told by Dish support this spring that I couldn't different channels on my receivers. While snowbirding and requesting local channels for my updated service address, the receiver at my house that I left behind would stop receiving the local channels there. As long as that was the situation, I wouldn't be able to use the MyDish app to update my service address but I could use it to reauthorize my receivers without calling them. Dish Outdoors is intended for full timers. The agent said there was a lot of thought about other options but for now, that was the way it was.

You could also remove the plywood, add some Dynamat style insulation to the floor and restore the plywood.
