RE: how long do you keep your fuel in your tank?

I would worry more about the generator. You need to exercise it monthly with a load on it.

RE: Fleetwood Storm quality

Don't waste your money on a Fleetwood storm. I would look at a Winabago.

RE: What did you do to your Class A MH today???

Picked up my 2003 Providence MH. After 5 weeks. Had a complete Paint job. Looks better then when I bought it new. cost me $15,000. Could be happier, cheaper then buying a new one.

RE: New Class A owner. Need some advice

See everyone has good advice. Before you get rip off by going to an RV Dealer for them to answer your question and buying things you do not need. I say go to a camp ground around your area and start talking to other campers. A lot of good knowledge and experience can be changed.

RE: Heading to Florida

Never went to Florida for winter, but heard you need to go further south for warmer weather. We been coming to Yuma Az. for the winter the past 12 years. We now come from Nashville TN. You will not have any trouble finding a place here in Yuma. The weather is warm and Sunny. In the Foot Hills area there are many private lots at good monthly prices for full hook ups. Also plenty of spots in the Resort RV Parks at a higher price. Only because that little word Resort. Try Yuma.

Need some Ideas

Have a Fleetwood Providence, where the kitchen counter separated from the wall of motor home. I removed the kitchen range to find that the counter was screwed to wall with wood screws. They completely came out of the wall. I tried to put heavier wood screws same length as original one but it pulled away again. What are behind these walls beside just foam. Any ideas on fixing it.

RE: Comments on cancel your car Insurance

Thanks for info. Car is out right paid for, but believe that I'll pay another 6 month storage fee.

Comments on cancel your car Insurance

We have been going to Yuma Az for 10 years now. We have in the past put our 2nd car at home in the garage. In the past we changed the policy on it to storage insurance. My question is why Can't I just cancel the insurance on it and place it back on my policy when return back home. Thus saving money for 6 months. The car will not be moved while gone. My home owners insurance would cover the contents of the house if any thing happen. Our home is in Tennessee.
