RE: Ford V10

You have to keep the RPM up. 5000 RPM is not a problem.

RE: Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

You see a plan? I don't unless it's a plan with little or no light in the kitchen area! I suppose you can put a bunch of lights in the ceiling but natural light throughout the coach is very important to me (read.....ME). Apparently, that's not a concern to the OP or his wife. I will be most interested to see where the fridge, sink and cooktop will go and how the heat will be ventilated. It's just starting to get really interesting. Here's another one for ya Bill. Not to scale, but that's where it's going, in a general sense..... Just a stovetop. With the stove so close to the side wall I would worry about splatter damaging the wall.

RE: Lost Power on all appliances - Microwave, A/C, outlets

Are the batteries wired correctly?

RE: Coach battery replacement

For the chassis battery I would go with Walmart. If it fails Walmart stores are everywhere.

RE: Is anyone going anywhere?

Living Florida, my plan is to leave if a hurricane comes. Otherwise I will just stay here.

Now that you are back; why are you not working on the motorhome?

Where are you putting the generator?

RE: Safet T Steer or Roadmaster Stabilizer

I had Safe T Steer on my old RV. My new one has a Blue Ox TruCenter. It does the same job as the Safe T Steer, but also lets you adjust to offset the effect of a strong side wind so you don't have to drive with the steering wheel turned to drive straight.
