RE: Newbie needs help with WiFi!
We have the AT&T unlimited in our Truck/Car/RV. Move it from location to location. Have only been slowed down once. Get a warning when data use hits 16G but that is it.
RE: Any one else giving up snow birding due to the covid
We are still planning on heading south. We figure it is better to sit outside in the sunshine than be cooped up in the house. We will keep our distance and wear masks as we do here but need that vitamin D.
RE: Propane tank locks for my TT
When I setup my portable grill attached to a 20lb tank I secure the tank to the grill stand. If someone wants to walk off with the tank they are welcome to the grill too.
RE: Camp Hatteras Route
Thanks guys. Going to take 77 to 74 to 40/85 to High Point to a campground (Oak Harbor) there. Know it is off 40 but looks more promising than KOA. On way back home looking at a place near Mt Airy.
RE: Outlook/Google Issue
Mr Wizard - back home and same issue with the AT&T my cell service. Tried a different PC and same issue so it seems to be that AT&T is the issue. Now to figure out how to fix it.
RE: Outlook/Google Issue
Okay guys, am using Outlook because we have several Gmail addresses for different activities. All set to IMAP and no user credential problems with Windows. I can read mail online with Gmail, but that means signing in and out of accounts. It was so much easier with Outlook. Will be back home late on Friday and will see what happens.
Outlook/Google Issue
I use MS Outlook for email client (no arguments please on it) to get my Gmail. Whenever we travel when I bring up Outlook I get a popup box requiring my Outlook password. No matter how I try to enter it it does not work. This happens if I am on CG WIFI or my Mobley or using iPhone data.
Any suggestions? Have done searches online and cannot find a final solution.
RE: Camp Hatteras Route
Sounds like a good route and looking at the two places near Mt Airy for stop on the way back to Ohio. Would like to get further east for the overnight stop o the way to the cape.
RE: Camp Hatteras Route
That looks like a good route and am very familiar with I77. Now to find a decent place for overnight not too far off the highways somewhere near the halfway mark. I can see some around the 450 mile mark.
Camp Hatteras Route
End of the month we will be heading to Camp Hatteras from NE Ohio with our fifth Wheel. Would like to avoid the big cities (DC/Richmond) and the expensive PA turnpike. Looking for any good suggestions. Will also need and overnight stay some where about two thirds of the way there.
We've gone of Myrtle Beach a number of time and know that route but that is too far south.
RE: Wheel chocks
Have always used some type of chock since my first pop-up. Made my own similar to the ones used to chock military planes. Basically two connected via a heavy rope. Most of the time I can just pull them out once hitched.
RE: Leveling Blocks vs jack pads
I stacked 8" pieces of 2X2's four high leaving a 2" space between each 2x2 on each level and stacked them in opposite directions. They work great and are not too heavy.
