RE: Blow-out ...

Don't forget to get the torque wrench on those lug nuts asap if you have not already done so.

RE: Apple's cooperation with Chinese officials

This post should be removed. It has nothing to do with the RV Life and is certainly way too political and inflammatory.

RE: suggestions where to buy walker with seat?

If you are going to be using it outdoors make sure you get one with the larger wheels as the ones with smaller wheels don't work too well in rough terrain.

RE: Asking the cooks! I need new microwave.....

Had a convection micro and was able to cook a very nice prime rib and used it just as we did our oven in the sticks and bricks. A wireless thermometer was very helpful.

RE: Chinese Versus TAIWAN Hand Tools

They are made out of chinesium. An element unknown to North American customers.

RE: I-75 from Florida to Ohio

Just had friends arrive using I75 from Ocala to Detroit and cross back to Canada. Said traffic was very light even through Atlanta.

Recreational Border Crossing

Canadian Gov has just halted entry into Canada for recreational purposes. This could affect your summer plans for vacation in Canada. Also you will not be able to travel through Canada to get to Alaska if the prohibition lasts any length of time. Good Luck.

RE: Don't come to NH either!

Come on people. You are supposed to stay home to prevent the spread of this killer virus. Sure transporting it from state to state is a good idea.

RE: fifth wheel gas stops

I am pretty much 58 feet in total length and have never had a problem getting gas. Just pick a gas station that has a side road entrance/exit and enter through the main entrance and take the outside pump. When finished just exit the side road. No worries. When that option was not available and it was too tight I just back out onto the main road that I came in on. DW spots and stops traffic and away we go..

RE: 100K miles - what maintenance?

Just go with what the owners manual tells you what to do a 100,000 miles. If you do not have the owners manual they are easily downloaded.

RE: Question about PC's..

Forget the PC and get a Chromebook. Much less expensive and so easy to use. I have both a WIN 10 and Chromebook and hardly touch the PC anymore.

RE: Wi-Fi extenders

I had a wifi signal problem in my apartment. It is a large apartment and an older building with thick concrete walls and lots of steel that blocked the signal often to the bedroom where my computers are. Main modem is in living room as it is the only place it can be placed because of the wiring set up in a concrete building. I purchased an Netgear N300 Wifi Range Extender Model 2700. Problem solved. Just plug it in closer to computer and it amplifies the signal (not band width) and now have full signal and works superbly well. Sets up easily (one button to press to pick up signal and done). About $27.00 Cdn. from Amazon Highly recommend.

RE: Why Tesla's are bad at towing!

One could not drive from coast to coast in 1910 because of the lack of fueling stations and automobile infrastructure. Give it another 50 years and the EV infrastructure and battery technology will be in place and the ICE will be done.

RE: Charging electric car

I would think that the RV park would have to charge you extra for charging up your EV if they would allow it at all.

RE: Tongue jack collapsed, TT nose crashed down - ouch!

x2 on Princess Auto. Much cheaper than purchasing an electric or hand crank jack at an RV dealer.

RE: Special Trailer Brakes Required in Canada?

Trailer brakes in Canada must be used only in metric.
