RE: Closet door mirrors

What we did when we ordered our Hitchhiker many years ago was to have factory replace those door with wooden louvered ones. One advantage is air flow in the closet. Our W/D closet had those doors and they just carried the same type to the closet.

RE: Fabric ceilings

Well I don't have any stains, so I think I will use vac for dust, etc. and see if I can detect any difference. Thanks to all who replied.

Fabric ceilings

Anyone clean their ceilings? Hesitate to put any liquid type cleaner on it.

RE: Washer/dryers

Been using a Whirlpool stack for many years. There is no vibration when running. Ours is installed in bath area roughly mid trailer. Can't vision not having one. Good luck.

RE: “New” vs.”Old” Ovens

Haven't used oven in many years, changed to Breville toaster oven about 7 years ago. Now have gone to Cosori oven with air fryer and many other features, Oven sits on oven cover so no counter space needed. Wife loves this thing.

RE: Can 'O Worms: how long can I expect my 5er to last?

We have a 1998 HH Champagne 38'. We have fulltimed since new and trailer is very well taken care of. I am anal about keeping water out and check roof every year. I repair any issue at once, keep exterior clean and have been using Zep on the fiberglass for years, still looks new. Currently in a park in N. Texas helping family and campers do not believe the age. Keep water out and fix "stuff" promptly and they will last if you start with quality.

RE: Getting propane tanks in and out

Late to the show but if you happen to have side by side tanks, this may help. Our NuWa has the tanks on a slide out tray that puts them clear of the body. Disconnect hose on empty, loosen hold down handle and tilt outward, reverse to install. Unsure if one could find such tray in salvage yard, but I forget the company name that has slides trays in several designs.
