best non interstate route from Cottonwood to Albuquerque

We try to avoid Interstate Highways if possible. What is a good route from Cottonwood, AZ to Albuquerque, NM? Looking for scenic routes that are safe for RV's and that have a few campgrounds along the way. Plan to take 2 days to get there.

leveling jack stuck

One of my leveling jacks is stuck. The RV Repair person said the problem was pitting on the cylinder. The cost to replace the jack is $1157. My warranty won't cover it because they said it was environmental damage (we were camped by the ocean for 3 months. The salt air caused the pitting). My question is whether the cylinder can be sanded to remove the pitting and save a thousand dollars. 2019 Forest River Forester DS3011 Class C

How to I Set up my Portable Solar Panel

My 2019 Forest River Forester 3011DS came with a Solar Ready outlet. I am buying a portable solar panel. Do I just plug it in or is there more to it?

toad versus no toad

My wife and I currently tow a 4 door jeep wrangler. We are planning a trip out west (from our home in Delaware). We plan to visit as many National Parks as possible. We have always towed a vehicle, but it is a nuisance to gas up in tight crowded gas staions, hook up and unhook, extra weight going up and down mountains, poor gas mileage, etc. We were thinking of going without a tow vehicle and rely on Uber or car rentals as needed. We thought we might save enough on improved gas mileage to pay for car rentals. But not sure Uber or car rentals will be available where we are going. Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcomed.
