RE: Looking for New Fifth Wheel with Bigger Windows

We have a Grand Design Reflection 303 RLS and it has great Windows! Nice big windows for great views. A nice pantry for storage, and you can get to the fridge (one door) and the bathroom with slides in.

Newbie with a Dutch Oven

We have a "new" to us Dutch oven that will be going on our camping trip next month. Would like to know from those with experience what would be one of the first things we should try until we have experience under our belt. Would kind of like a one pot meal that we could experiment with that is tried and true. Thanks!

RE: 30’ 5th wheel

We have the 303RLS too and absolutely love it. It's perfect for the two of us! It is a little over you 30' requirement but it is very easy to pull and maneuver.

RE: Campground pack

The campgrounds in our area of Tennessee are very busy. We normally like to get out during the week when it's less crowded but the campgrounds are pretty full throughout the week.

RE: First 5th wheel advise

We have a Grand Design Reflection 303RLS and absolutely love it. It has ample room if stuck inside on rainy days. We are not the type to take everything with us but the kitchen sink so it has plenty of storage for us. Pulls great with a 3/4 ton. Good Luck in shopping!

RE: Tims Ford SP to St. Louis, via Vogel SP

At Tims Ford you have a choice of two campgrounds. We prefer the Fairview campground as you are on the water, sites are spaced well. Site 41 is our favorite if available. Next we would prefer 28 or 29. Safe travels! How is site 39? Never been there but going in May. Site 39 has a nice view of the water. You are up on a higher bank and should have a decent view. They have removed several trees over the winter so it is a little more open all around. Last year there were fishing tournaments on Wednesday night so that was interesting to watch.

RE: Anyone lose a set of keys

OP, thank you for taking the time to post about the keys and maybe by some chance someone who knows someone will see your post. I have never found a set of keys while traveling and have no idea what I would actually do with them but I sincerely appreciate anyone who would take the time to post here or on any other forum to reach the owners. Thanks again!

RE: Chattanooga TN

Raccoon Mountain - We were in the area and did a "drive through" of the campground. We were not impressed. Maybe for an over-nighter but I would not stay there for an extended stay or vacation. It was just not our kind of campground and like mleekamp stated, it just seemed more like a trailer park and a low budget one at that.
