RE: Steering wobble.
Holiday Rambler Alumalite 1986, came as a Travel Trailer, class C & class A.
Assuming you have a class A MH, it would be on a Chevy P32 chassis.
That chassis has a bell crank in the steering linkage that was not the best when new. Have some one shake the steering wheel and see if the bell crank moves up and down. If so, replace it with a Bell Crank from Super Steer.

Really? I didn't know there was a bell crank, I don't have anyone around right now to do anything, but I checked and there sure is a bell crank. Thank you for the link also. Ill ask a friend if they can come over tomorrow and we will yank a bit on it see if there is anything loose there. I am also going in for a tire inspection tomorrow so hopefully whatever it is is found out!
To test the bell crank properly, you need the tires on the ground and move the steering wheel back and forth. That applies the same pressure as when driving. Yanking on the bell crank by hand will not show the failings you need to see.

The remote switch wiring is plugged into the generator. That connection probably needs cleaning.

The over heating that keeps being mentioned was an Oshkosh chassis with a Ford 460 mounted in the rear. The cooling fan direction was not changed and sucking air on a rear engine coach don't work well.
When WorkHorse built their rear engine, 8.1L coach, they did change the fan air flow direction. But that imposed an inverse load on the water pump bearing and there was water pump failure.
Work Horse said the problem was an over active fan clutch and patched the problem with a less active fan clutch. DUH.....
There also was Bosch brake caliper issues on WorkHorse chassis. Took 7 or 8 years before WorkHorse admitted to the brake problem and issued a recall.
Their unique front sway bar was not made of strong enough material and there was a recall for that too.
Even with those failures, I would not hesitate to buy a WorkHores 8.1L chassis. Once those minor failures are fixed, it's a good driving, powerful chassis.

No chemicals for us.
Dump, close valve, have wife flush full commode 4 or 5 times, open valve until empty. Flush dump hose with gray water. Have wife put 5 commode bowls of water in black tank to keep every thing wet. Wife reminds me to wash my hands.:o

Thanks for all the input on my generator problem, I have return home & have some tools to check thing with, & I found the slip rings in mine are black not copper, I am going to order the Slick Slick from Flight Systems & clean these rings.
A piece of green scotch bright wrapped around the flat end of a carpenters pencil, will accomplish the same thing.

If your new water heater is made by Suburban, then the anode is mandatory. The tank is glass coated steel. Put it back in tight with some pipe dope.

I'm going to suggest the 3 bushings have flattened, allowing the motor to keep rotating. It is a common issue that causes people to buy motors and gear boxes, when all that's needed is the bushings. The bushings fit inside of this gear.
Take the gear and cover off the side of the motor and you will see the issue.
Bushings also available from Oreilly Auto Parts, for Ford power windows

That person that give you the tire information is NOT well informed. Do not use him for repairs.
My old coach with 16" tires handles very well.
Handling all depends on alignment and maybe a add-on or 2.

If ya look real close, just to the right of the cherry picker (red). You'll see ½ of # 8 cylinder of the replacement block.
The garage is getting a little cluttered with stuff.

The 528 stroker engine was a piece of **** from the start. Burned oil, piston rattle, etc. I picked the wrong engine builder. I should have built it myself, but I couldn't find any one in the KC area that could deck the block. Then it burned a valve and I decided to rebuild the old 460 and scrap the 528.
And as I try to type I have a 15# golden tabby on my computer desk pawing at my keyboard. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I may need a trip to the brothel? GRIN..........

#3 I did just as you suggested. Installed a transfer switch and inverter in the generator line. When the inverter is on my MH thinks the generator is running and I must manage energy usage.
