RE: 22.5 wheels

I do believe I had a motorhome set up like that. Also I think my 2012 Ram Dually had the Alcoa's or similar on the outside and the inners were steel. The people you are purchasing the rims from should be able to tell you for sure though. You have a doodle too . . . We have 2 of them Tuxedo Doodles brother and sister

RE: WiFi Camera always late to the action

As you all know, M44 is not very technical minded. But, to me, it would make sense to install in instant capture camera that can record to a flash card then send to a SSD or a phone a delayed WIFI signal - like a time-lag. Then you would have instant record, miss nothing, and still have the WIFI signal send it to a more secure device elsewhere or direct to your phone. That might take a minute or to before WIFI kicks in, but not enough time for a 'bad guy' to find and destroy a recording before it sent the signal out. Maybe I'm missing something? Probably :) I do know even ten years ago, we could shoot and record action images on the baseball field - and manually upload and send to our editors via WIFI right in the camera ... it took a few minutes, but that's it - the editor would have the image almost immediately after the shot. I can imagine that technology is quite a bit advanced nowadays. And motion activated - instant on - record - send, and I'd imagine instant record should be available in a fixed security camera even if it waits a few seconds to actually connect to the WIFI service and send video. The Wyze camera's do that. They have a built in slot for a micro SD card.

RE: Need tires..Shortage..Help!

I'm not a tire expert but I think the LT tires have a softer sidewall than trailer tires and more succeptable to breaking the bead when turning. Also a LT tire has a softer sidewall and that will increase sway according to Goodyear Lt vs ST Tires

RE: Front - Electric Captains Chairs

Do both and see which fits your budget better. The manufacturer of those chairs had issues with the material around that year and were redoing them for free at the time.

RE: Dash Air

Depending on the rig . . . If it is a diesel Like Winnebago there is a vacuum pump up front in the generator compartment. If it is a gasser it is tapped off the intake. Either way you have a leak or a bad vac pump if it is a diesel MH. The vacuum hose usually cracks and that is the culprit.

RE: Approximate fuel milage of these 2 motorhomes?l

The difference in mileage will not be noticeable between the 2 of them. I'de go with the diesel and scrap the gasser. The ride of the diesel is nicer and it does not "scream" going up hills like the gasser will. Also with the engine in the front the gasser gets hotter in the cab and it is harder to talk to each other.

RE: No power to dash

Maybe because the flow of electric is neg to pos if you check his post you will see it has many circuits and a ground cover many. Not like a fuse line a few in line it wouldn't jump all over the system. A ground and cover many and rust and cause a lost of problems. Conventional current flows from the positive pole (terminal) to the negative pole. ... In a direct current (DC) circuit, current flows in one direction only, and one pole is always negative and the other pole is always positive.

RE: No power to dash

Gotta be a blown fuse. Pull em one at a time and check them. Also a test light comes in handy with the rig running.
