I am going to my workplace about half the week and working from home the rest of the time. We are camping this weekend and finding plenty of others out and about but much less social interaction.
Enjoy it while you can. Yosemite, Kings and another are all shutdown. Expect state and local parks begin to shut as well. Police are beginning crackdown on gatherings in NJ and LA. I suspect domestic travel restrictions will be coming.
The reaction to this thing ain't gonna lighten up anytime soon. My guess is every state will be on total lockdown just like Italy, inside of 2 weeks. 3, tops.
People don't understand that govt. Lockdowns are incremental, systematic, like a flight of stairs. One step at a time. When the previous step failed to yeild results, on to the next.
This time 2 or 3 weeks from now, we will be shocked at how much different life is. Get you your houses in order while you can.
Stay safe.
+10 on that. All my TC'ing will be in my backyard this year but my backyard is 43 acres big.
Now, it we can just fine enough TP, I'll be tickled.

If its just that easy to stop illegals from coming across the border, why do we need a Wall?? Just tell them the law says they can't cross. If you get stranded in Mexico. just follow the crowd and come on across through one of the tunnels.
RV won't fit in a tunnel....:p

Ordinarily, this would be the best time to sell but with this lousy virous thing, who knows?
We visited three dealers the week before last (buddy is buying) and they said sales were very good. Not sure about now though..

I am pretty sure you would do the same if you thought the corrupt activist government officials made irrational and biased laws and regulations about the 2nd amendment like I do with what the EPA officials like Carol Browner has done with some of the diesel regulations. Or would you just comply and hand over your guns because the guvment said it was best for you?
Keep in mind she was one of the ones that said Flint's water was okay to drink because she was trying to cover up her own activist decisions.
I don't really want to comment but I will on this. What you read and what it REALLY is, are 2 entirely different things. I know because I live near Flint and you don't.
I'm done now.

The older you get, the higher the mortality rate

Bottom line here is simply this:
You handle this how you want to. You can ignore it or be pro-active. Your choice entirely because, in the end, you get it and don't know it right away, you get to infect others including but nit limited to your loved ones and in the end, you too get sick and possible die from it.
Your choice, you 'make your own bed', you sleep in it, possibly the eternal sleep. I think most of us are adults (I think). As an adult only you can decide. So choose.
I've chosen. I'm staying home. limiting my exposure to others as much as possible, practicing healthy sanitation habits and praying (yes praying like I do every night, to the Lord that he spares us from this killer disease.
Just had this conversation with a friend (via-Email). He 'has' to go to work because he 'has to have a paycheck because he 'has to support his family, which is light years removed from gaavanting around the country in an RV, but in maby ways, the same. His comment to me was, I'll do whatever I want to and my comment to him was. A good with me but you make your own bed, you get to sleep in it.
Same applies here and like I told him, you contract it and possibly infect other innocent people because of your attitudde and then get sick (and possibly die) yourself, don't whine, you did it all by yourself. Being the Captain of your ship still bears some responsibilities.
I'm done posting on this thread. You do whatever blows your dress up. I know what blows mine up ans it sure isn't RV'ing this summer. I'll be right here at home with my wife and my dog and the farm animals, doing what I usually do, farming, because I can do it ALONE with no social distancing at all.
When you get sick, before you get so bad that posting becomes not doable, post about how you feel then, but don't whine because you did it all by yourself. After all you are an adult...right?

As someone who has had the fungus (with ULSD), I can tell you this little bit of ins. is well worth it.
+1. SOP for me is always a biocide and circulation in the fuel system before storage. I use Powerclean Biocide but any brand will do.
I too went through the algae issue and I did all the work myself and the parts alone were north of $1000.00. If it was a shop, probably 3+
All it takes is one time and then the bottle of biocide looks pretty cheap.
