RE: Outlook/Google Issue

Found this on an MS Outlook forum: “The first solution you can try is resetting the login settings for Outlook through Windows Credentials Manager. ... Navigate to User accounts and go to Credential Manager. In the Windows Credentials and Generic Credentials section, remove any stored credentials referencing the Office 365 or ms. outlook email addresses.” Lenny

RE: Speedway Gas Discount???

I’ve been using gas buddy and recently started using gas guru along side it. I noticed that at times gas guru will show a Station that does not show up on gas buddy. I’m not sure about the rest of the country but the Pilot/Flying J s in my area are 20 to 30 cents higher than the average diesel price and the lowest prices are about 20 cents below the average price. RE: Removing pine pitch

I cleaned some off the tonneau cover of my truck last week using very hot water and bug & tar remover on a micro fiber cloth. Took a lot of elbow grease but it did come off without damaging the cover. Lenny

RE: Microsoft Outlook

Not sure what your savings are but I have the full version of Microsoft Office with Outlook. I get no discounts on anything. I upgrade the whole package when they stop supporting it and everything has always worked as expected. As others have pointed out email and calendar as well as tasks synch with my phone. No set up anymore. Is whatever you are saving worth the aggravation? Lenny

RE: Members who have had by-pass surgery.

I have never had heart surgery but I have had 4 clients go through that and according to them after about 6 weeks returned to normal activities with some limits. They were all doing well when last I spoke with them. As others say everyone is different. It has to be a scary process to go through but you need to have faith in your doctor. He/she will be in the best position to guide you on your limitations. I wish a similar result for you. Please keep us posted. Lenny

RE: GVWR over 10k on new truck, need commercial plates?

Your insurance co should be able to tell you the requirements. I’m also in MA and speaking with someone at the DMV will not be easy....

RE: Full time campgrounds in Massachusetts?

Yogi Bear campground in STURBRIDGE. Excellent school system there but not sure if it’s the same for special needs.

RE: Where to Dump?

Well that’s scary. We’ve found campgrounds in all New England states open and used a dumping station at one in RI after Boondocking. We would be in trouble if in your situation, we’re in a condo without our own place to dump. That’s a great solution though! Lenny

The TT I purchased came with tire covers. I’m wondering should I use them and if so, when? -Lenny

RE: Gray tank capacity

Interesting you say this, that was my thought also. I’m in the habit even at home of conserving which is why I was surprised. Although I have not been monitoring what the bride does. We talked about it and I think this could be part of the problem. The other piece is that it seems to take some time for the hot water to come up in the shower even this hot summer. Someone on the forum mentioned that when dry camping they use a bucket to capture the cold water until it gets warm and thinking of that also. We usually have sewer hookup and had been avoiding keeping the drain open so the tank would be relatively full when draining the black. As someone pointed out I can keep the dark open and close it for the last couple of days. Lenny

Gray tank capacity

I believe my Gray tank capacity is about 33 gallons for the shower and bathroom sink. I have a separate tank for the kitchen sink. We started with an empty tank on Friday morning and brushed our teeth morning & night and took a total of 4 showers and this morning (Sunday) while showering (5th shower) ran out of capacity. Does this sound right? I new at this and trying to learn my limitations. Thanks, Lenny

RE: Think your're good at backing? Think again.......

Sometimes she looks like she's swimming out of water with all her hand gestures but haven't hit anything yet.LOL. I see this a lot.. the wife is back there yelling, waving, maybe not in mirror view. I'd rather get in and out of the truck 4 or 5 times and look than have that going on. Yep 20 years towing and still waiting to see her in one of the mirrors. I feel your pain and less than a year for me.... LOL
