RE: Slide out Problem

Mine is 15 years old and I had the same problem with the bed slide. In my case the ram needed to be rebuilt for the bedroom and living room slide. If you had a bad leak from a hose this could be the problem. I was able to remove both rams and had a local person rebuild for me, then I reinstalled.

RE: Slide out Problem

It could very well be you hydraulic ram is defective. You may have a leak of pressure in the hose or connection under the bed. If the ram is bad it may be losing pressure inside the ram. How old is the 5th wheel?

water inlet with check valve

My fiver is having problems with sediment etc building up in the screen at the water inlet. Tried to fill today and it was ever so slow. Something is missing, at the inlet I have the screen and right behind it is a small plastic piece and it has a spring around it. I must have lost a part the last time I cleaned the screen. Am going to replace the complete valve but am curious if someone can tell me what is missing. Thanks!

RE: 2017 F350 6.7. Inspection?

RE: 5th wheel tires

Why is it nonsense? Agree no Ckina bombs after that weight is the main factor.

RE: Water line burst

Maybe there was a defect in the pipe that has the leak. Possible the regulator use of or lack of had nothing to do with the problem.

RE: Help and Advice on a badly placed 5th wheel

Last thought, how about 2 large floor jacks each on a 2x12 board. Lift the front at the same time theh have some winch or pull back slowly.

RE: Keystone RV

I had roof problems and I called Dicor who furnished the original roof. they sent a re from the maker of the roof material. he agreed their was a problem. Dicor furnished all material EPDM and proper glue etc at no charge and I did the labor. A lot cheaper than $6000.

RE: replacing plywood roof

You will need glue on the luan before you put EPDM down. If you have fibreglass caps front and rear don't put your new material down any more than the existing. The new EPDM will need to go under the caps.

RE: Can't hear TV? ZVOX update!!

VA-Aprasr: Thanks for the information, I have looked at the web site mentioned and will try to learn a bit more. I have used the head phone for about a year now and it is so much better for me and over all volume of tv is lower. I am sure there are other problems worse but poor hearing is right at the top for me. Thanks for the info!
