RE: Where to camp and scuba ?

Panama City should have a CG or two that fits your needs. I made several dive trips from there a few years ago.

RE: Anyone gone on a Cruise?

Princess has a 15 day cruise to Hawaii. 4 over 4 back and 1 at Ensenada. 5 islands. Great excursions. 4 over and back is very relaxing. We went in December.

RE: Original Wineguard Carryout dish - any value to it?

We still use ours. We plan to switch to Dish tv when Direct tv abandons standard def. it is my understanding that we will need to move two dip switches. Also that we will have HD at that time.

RE: Pigion Forge TN

Camp River Landing has changed their business model from a laid back CG to a family/kid oriented CG. Nothing wrong with that just not what we are looking for in relaxation. The families staying there have not been taught to respect other campers. We had stayed there for years but due to these changes have since gone elsewhere. If you love others in you space you with love it there.

RE: The future cost of RV stay

What are park owners doing now where there is heavy use of golf carts by guests? Surely they are charging the carts.

The future cost of RV stay

If/when electric tow veh become common what do you think the average RV park will charge for a nights stay if they charge $40 per now?

RE: Space Heater

What elect. People use to heat is offset by lower pool costs. Running a huge pump all swimming season and added chemicals is expensive. The cooler months the pump runs less if at all and the chemical costs go way down. Just in time for electricity costs to go up. Business owners keep what it costs to operate and charge accordingly.

RE: replacement for Directv

What I mean is there is a lot of people who simply have not switched from DT to Dish and re done their antenna due to laziness. We currently use 2 had boxes and one Ed in our house. We carry the SD box in our TT with a Carryout dish. If and when I red to change boxes and move switches on the Carryout I plan to change All my boxes to Dish for HD. And there is a lot of people like me or those who wish cut the cord the stream.

RE: trailer size and campsites in National Parks

The 1995 is a nice looking camper. It is 4 seasons so it should be comfortable. Be sure to get the largest AC possible. Hope you have good luck with it.

RE: trailer size and campsites in National Parks

Rr2254545, A TT can't be compared to a MH in site selection. If you have driven and backed both you will understand what I am saying.

RE: trailer size and campsites in National Parks

25 ft should not be exceeded. There are longer sites but the numbers are fewer the longer the camper. The shorter the trailer the more sites available. 25ft will let you have all the space you "need" and will be easier on your tv and fuel bill.

RE: replacement for Directv

When AT&T ends SD there will be a mad rush to Dish. There will be less than 0 reasons why To stay with Direct TV.

RE: replacement for Directv

Switch to Dish. Will work the same as now except you will have a different dish and get HD.

RE: Grand Canyon (South Rim) to Sedona in 2020

We drove it in a 35 ft Gulfstream towing a Jeep Wrangler. We used our gears to brake for the most part and our brakes where necessary. Slow but steady. I only recall one switchback that was a little tight. The worst part is no pullouts. Once you start you are committed.

RE: COLEMAN NORTH STAR lLP LANTERN?

Coleman used to sell a flint igniter that bolted into one of the holes below the glass and slid up to light and slid down to keep it cool.
