RE: Expedition w/Toy Hauler and 2 SeaDoo's

I also own a TH and a jet ski. That just sounds like a lot of work and extra equipment to me. For the more local trips you'd be better off having family/friend tow the ski behind another vehicle to the destination.

RE: What should the PSI be in the trailer?

Same tires here. I always run 100psi. No problems in 4 years. My air compressor at the house is only 125psi so it is a challenge for me to get more than 100 psi in the tires.

RE: Motorhome to 5th wheel

Keep in mind, especially with the newer Keystone FW's with the N-Command system, most of the trailers functions can be set up using the app on your smartphone. No need to get out in the rain. And you can run the generator/fridge/AC while traveling

RE: Considering a Weekend Warrior

There is a sticky thread on the toyhauler page. I'd advise you to read through it and decide for yourself

RE: truck stops

I'm at approximately 55 feet with my rig. All truck stops for me and I always fill up in the back with the truckers. In my experience I've always had to go inside and pay first, using my best guess at how much fuel I need.

RE: For those who live in the south

Especially here in Florida, assume all fresh water bodies have alligators. Also around the water be on the lookout for water moccasins which are just as dangerous.

RE: Advice For 2013 Dodge EGR

I got a CEL at 67,500. I believe the manual says to change CCV filter and clean egr system at 67,500. Once I did so the problem was solved. I don't own the Ram anymore so I can't check the manual.

RE: Advice For 2013 Dodge EGR

The 2013's and up DO require EGR valve cleaning at 67,500 miles. You will get a CEL although the truck will continue to run fine. It is a simple job. It's on top of the engine. Let mine sit in a small bowl of Simple Green for a few hours. Hit the tight spots with a toothbrush. Would recommend a new gasket kit. They are cheap on Amazon. The cooler should be cleaned as well but that's a lot more work.

RE: Adding a 2nd battery

2 New 6 volt batteries ran parallel is the way to go.

RE: What 5r (ToyHauler) do you own?

2018 Fuzion 427. Two trips so far and we love it. Currently at the dealer for minor warranty issues. This is our second Fuzion so yes I'd recommend them.

RE: Changing tires on flipped triple axle

I've camped in spots before where the level up lifted one side of my triple axle tires a few inches off the ground in order to level it. No issues afterwards.

RE: Who doesn't haul big toys?

We don't have any toys for our garage and I think it's safe to say that a high percentage of TH owners in the eastern half of the country don't use the garage for toys. Personally, I just love the versatility of it.
