RE: Graceland RV Park & Campground

Nice place. Walking distance to Graceland. You can walk across the street to the hotel and take the shuttle to Beale Street which is better than driving and trying to find parking.

RE: Water heater question

As the anode rod breaks down it drops a lot of particles in the bottom of your tank. I don't believe you will ever fully drain/flush your tank using the rod with the drain.

RE: Adj. water pressure regulators

When using the FW tank the pump can be turned off when not in use. Good idea and easier than going out and turning city water supply off. I am one who has drank the "kool aid" and gone with the Watts 263A with oil filled meter. One of the best improvements we have made. I still turn the city water supply off when we leave the campsite for the day.

RE: 22" to 24" portable gas griddle

I have the 22" Blackstone from Walmart. Griddle, metal cover, stand (that also fits 18") and propane pigtail all for $147. We love it. 22" is two burner and 18" has only one. I have both and like the 22" better.

RE: Operating on a 20amp circuit

I would make sure your propane canisters are full. Heater is biggest draw on LP. Don't want to run out in the middle of the night.

RE: Martingale Collar Danger

I'm glad your dogs are ok! The martingale collars are far better than a choker collar but they are a training collar. They should not be left on at all times. When I put on my dogs martingale style collar he knows that play time is over and I'm in charge. When it's's playtime.

RE: Slide out awning covers

We woke up to almost 4" of snow in northeast New Mexico. We had a slide topper and just brought in the slide and the snow rolled off. My BIL did not have a topper and without thinking brought in the slide and brought in gallons of water from melting snow. Just one example of why I would not be without them.

RE: Stopping at flying j, Cracker Barrel etc

Maybe you could stay at home for the night and leave early in the morning and travel during daylight hours. Stop at a campground while it's light out and start again the next day. Unless of course you are bound by time constraints. I don't like to travel at night and try to find a place to park that late.
