Does the old valve just unbolt?

Dump Valve Leaking

When back flushing the holding tanks, I forgot to open the T-handle to actually fill the black tank. A lot of water pressure built up in the little 6" section of pipe after the T-handle. Now I have a small drip coming from the dump valve even when the t-handles are closed and cap is on. It appears to be coming from where you connect the hose (just as if I left the T-handle cracked open). Is there a easy way to fix this? I was thinking maybe greasing the valve could help a bit?

Propane Tanks Expired

One of my 30lb tanks was near empty and when I tried to fill it the guy said it was 1 year expired. How difficult is it to get re-certified? How long does it take? I'm thinking about just going around to different stations until someone fills it as is. It has worked in the past for me.

RE: What to look for in purchasing a tow vehicle for my TT

I'd get a half ton, but keep a eye on the payload numbers... they are not all the same.

RE: Towing: I may have a problem...

How fast are you towing? Faster speeds will require more downshifts and get the trans hotter.

RE: Considering GVWR of trailer with high carrying capacity

I agree with your logic. Make sure the difference in CCC isn't just the trailer tires though.

RE: First Dry Camping Experience

I'd guess either your batteries were not fully charged or they are damaged. It is possible that your converter over charged the batteries at some point and damaged them. LED bulbs are a quick, cheap and easy way to save power. And you don't need to try and conserve light as much.
