RE: Riverstone Legacy 39FKTH

We have a River Stone but not this floor plan, we really like our unit and have had very little issues with it, you might want to look over at the Forest River Owners forum for more info, have not seen much chatter here on this brand

RE: Montana Front Living question...does the bumper hit often

Friends almost bought one at the Tampa show last week but the one with the sunken bedroom and loft above but changed their mind just because of this issue. Not sure one without the sunken bedroom would do the same thing

RE: Disney World 12/21

If you're going to DW, look up the All Ears website. They have lots of good advice.
And check the ticket prices. The last couple of times we went, we stayed over 2 weeks and found annual passes were cheaper than multiple shorter passes. I think the AP covers parking.
We've also stayed at the Kissimmee KOA. (DW is in K., not Orlando)
This was once true but with Covid currently Disney World will only renew current AP's and will not be selling new ones. Now when (if) things get back to normal that could change, this was just announced this week

RE: Disney World 12/21

For a site at the Fort I would suggest using a travel agent especially for the time you want to go, no charge to you and they handle everything for you, I have a friend who is a agent and if you want pm me for his contact

RE: Honest RV Dealers - Are there any?

If your looking for a better price and not worried about service after the sale there are wholesale dealers you could try, we bought our unit at International RV Wholesalers in Elkhart In. about 30 minutes from the factory and have not set foot back at the dealer. There is also RV Wholesaler and Jeff Couch in Ohio and Terrytown in Mi. I only mentioned this as you mentioned about buying direct from the factory. Now they will also deliver to you at a added cost and also it depends if they carry the brand you are looking for. Good luck on your search.

RE: I Am severely dissapointed.

Reach out to the gentleman in the link ( I hope ) below as Coachman is owned by Forest River, he should be able to get you connected with the right person at the factory to offer you some help. Not sure where you are located but sometimes they might have you go to the factory and if so I would jump at the chance, will probably be fixed better then at the dealer. Good luck and keep us posted.

RE: Snowbird Refunds

Would they let you rent it out seeing you may not be able to go down? Maybe if they could re-rent it for you they might refund your money, just a thought.

RE: Updating 5th Wheel?

If your willing to travel ( or make a trip out of it ) have you considered going out to Indiana area where most are built? There are quite a few shops out there that do this, might be worth a look. Plus there are a lot of touristy things to do.

RE: Mobile Suite vs. Luxe

Both very nice units with Lux being the higher cost, we looked at both when searching for our current unit, DRV was always the wife's dream unit but as things changed there she started to not like them as much. When we looked at Lux they were still in Bristol and not part of the RV Factory line up, we liked what we saw but were just a bit nervous of the factory direct thing all be it they were very nice, ended up with the then new River Stone Legacy and have been very happy with our decision for 4 years now. Good luck on your choice.

RE: RT 20 from Pioneer ohio to elkhart Indiana

Good road use it all the time from the last stop of the Ohio toll road to the Elkhart area, never gone farther then that but have thought about it for missing some of the Ohio tolls

RE: Wishing to stay out of I-95S through Washington DC

From West Chester best bet would be 202 to 95 south then Route 1 in De. then the 301 bypass around Middletown De. ( toll ), Continue to follow 301 thru Md. across the Bay Bridge (no toll southbound) into Va. where the 2 lane bridge is that 2 Retired mentioned which is a south bound toll, then shortly after the bridge decide if you want to stay on 301 or there is another road that will take you to 95 at exit 104 which I believe is one exit above Kings Dominion, either choice is good I have used both but depends on how the traffic is.
