Suggest you call GS customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor to resolve this issue. They should at least pay for the cost from the company you paid. Or offer you 1 free year of GS ER service.
Why would you suggest 1 year of free GS Er service.? They don't provide the service he paid for!!!! Another year of nothing is still nothing............

That would be one of the few things that is dropping in price these days.
I think it’s mostly due to the value of money going down…:)
