RE: Dash AC

The F53 chassis has no vacuum system. the chassis makers have to add one to operate the heating/ac dash vent system. This system consists of a small 12v vacuum pump and a small vacuum tank and associated vacuum hoses that go to the dash controls.
If there is no vacuum the default vent path is through the defrosters.
Check all these vacuum lines around the pump and tank, usually under the hood in front.

Just disconnect the batteries, no need for shore power.
Disconnect by removing the ground cable.

RE: Is A New 2018 Still New?

Lead acid batteries that have sit for a long time fully discharged might able to be charged up again but they will never have full capacity or be fully charged.
Make sure they didn't come from the floods in south Texas.

RE: Xantrex Freedom 458 issues

Which remote controller do you have? Basic controller setup you can set amp hours of your battery bank, power share and equalize.
I have a Link 1000 controller which can do much more than this but it is out of production, same thing for the Link 2000.
May just need a new basic controller, around $150

RE: Why do my emails disappear?

Most phones have an email setting similar to ' days of email to sync'. This means these are the only emails brought to your phone. They are still online, just not brought to the phone, change the sync time if you wish.
Not sure about iphones but for Microsoft accounts, if you delete them using the phone they are deleted online.
MS accounts, if they are past the sync days go to https://outlook.live.com/mail to see old emails.

RE: wiring a 30 Amp Power Outlet 30A Circuit Breaker {{UPDATE}}

With the garage being 100 feet away you should be using wire greater than the normal 10 gauge for 30 amps. The wire will probably be in conduit so go to a 8 or 6 gauge wire run from the garage.
This is not considering the length of wire from your new box to the RV.
Voltage drop
100 feet, 10 AGW wire at 20 amp load is 4.1 volts
100 feet, 10 AGW wire at 30 amp load is 6.1 volts
100 feet, 8 AGW wire at 20 amp load is 2.6 volts
100 feet, 6 AGW wire at 20 amp load is 1.6 volts
Use a local ground pole.
wiring it up, select 30 amp service on the left. http://www.myrv.us/electric/
