RE: Retractable Tonneau Covers

I have a Retrax One with the polycarbonate slats. The plastic material is kinda light but still durable. 4wheelonline offered me a nice discount; that's why I bought one. If you are willing to spend more, consider the Retrax Pro.

RE: Fifth wheel hitch adapters

Had the same dilemma because there are many choices when it comes to trailer hitches, but I ended up getting a B&W because of the recommendations of my friends and the good reviews I saw online. The B&W is well-built, easy to operate and has a solid latching system.

RE: roof coating

Can't go wrong with Henry roof coating. It is easy to apply, relatively inexpensive and 100% waterproof.

RE: Couch to recliners

We just swapped ours out (toy hauler). Purchased from RecPro. Ours is 94" and was a little over $1000. Arrived in 3 pieces and is designed to fit through RV doors. It was simple to install. We will probably give away the old couch. It built pretty light. How do you like your Recpro? I'm really interested in installing one.

RE: Upgrade truck suspension

The Bilstein 5100 is a good replacement also. It is slightly firmer than stock.

RE: Anyone here upgraded their headlights?

Some very good responses. People don’t realize that when they replace their halogen bulb with an LED, the light housing isn’t designed to work well with LED’s resulting in blinding the oncoming traffic. Most don’t aim their lights, either. I agree. Unless you can put a projector for a headlight retrofit.

RE: 2020 GMC HD in the Wild

I dig the brawny look of the new Sierra except the fender lights.

RE: Time to prepare for winter

Along with the winterizing folks are doing to trailers and motorhomes, dont forget the tow vehicles or you could end up like this. FTR's Do check under the hood periodically. The squirrel lost all its hard work. :B
